The 18 drivers for high-performance and sustainable teamwork

The 18 drivers for high-performance and sustainable teamwork

At the end of 2025, I took the “Train the Trainer” course to become a facilitator for sustainable teams using the 18 key factors of Actitudes®.

Inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, these 18 factors provide a framework to help organizations achieve effective teamwork.

The method is implemented using various tools that mobilize collective intelligence and can be adapted to different contexts and needs. In particular, it can include a “TeamScan,” a diagnostic tool that provides an accurate snapshot of team dynamics. It identifies strengths, areas of tension, and levers for improvement in communication, collaboration, leadership, and well-being.

I believe that developing this type of skill is very useful, even essential, in helping organizations transform and sustain their activities in the face of environmental challenges and an increasingly changing context. I am currently preparing to carry out a project that should enable me to join the group of certified facilitators authorized to lead and consult using the Actitudes® methodology.
